Your assistance is requested in following up on tickets issued on A1A since January. We know of a few cases that were dismissed but there are some people that still have not been given court dates and I'm sure there have been some that have already been to court. We need to know the disposition of those cases that have been brought before the judge and the verdict rendered in those cases.
It's important that we have this information as soon as possible. We are also interested in finding out if motorcyclists have been avoiding A1A because of the harassment tactic's used by the police. If you have made your personal decision to avoid riding on A1A please respond back to this email. All responses are kept completely confidential and are only used to compile statistics on the effect the police harassment tactic has had on motorcycle traffic on A1A.
We are asking for your assistance because the form used to enter a plea of not guilty was available on line and at our booth during events and bike nights.
